Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Melted Aura is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Delivery exceptions beyond our control

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipping fees will apply if the package is returned to us.

  • Orders will not be refunded due to address errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Melted Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • File a claim with the carrier.

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Melted Product Disclaimer

Wax melts may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the performance or scent quality of the product.

Melted Aura is not responsible for minor melting during shipping. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
