Refund policy

At Melted Aura, all products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of wax melts, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refund requests due to scent preference

  • Used or opened products

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To file a claim, email shopmeltedaura@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Failure to provide photos within the 48-hour window will result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will issue a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Melted Aura is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
